The reception spoke English, Hindi, and Kannada. Room had AC, but staff was a nightmare. Finally got a bed with a wailing child and manager's poor attitude. Request to keep luggage post-checkout was shot down rudely. No breakfast, but that was a blessing. A ludicrous experience that left me questioning my life choices. I was happy with hotel's good location in the middle of jackson. Really enjoyed the good rooms. Throughout the day staff where wonderful. Location: the property was close to restaurant, the city center, and Karnataka. I found there a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Royal Inn that is only 15 minutes' walk away.
Their staff were a bit rude.

Clean and Hygienic Stay with Polite Manager
I appreciated the cleanliness and hygiene of the place, with neat and clean washrooms and comfortable beds. the manager stood out for being polite and available 24/7, providing a hospitable environment.
